This Privacy Policy describes how our SaaS service (hereinafter — "the Service") collects, uses, and protects user information. We ensure data protection in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. General Provisions
- Registration in the Service via Google Authentication constitutes the User's full consent to this Policy.
- If the User does not agree with these terms, they must cease using the Service.
2. Data We Collect
- Via Google OAuth: Email address, first and last name, or nickname.
- Provided by the User manually: Payment details, schedules, and client data, including names and payment history.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
- User identification and providing access to personal account functionality.
- Sending system notifications, including appointment reminders and reports.
- Technical support and Service improvement.
4. Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Controller: Regarding Tutors' personal data, the Service acts as the Data Controller.
- Data Processor: Regarding client data entered by the Tutor, the Service acts as the Data Processor. The Tutor is solely responsible for obtaining legal consent from clients or clients to process their data.
5. Third Parties
- Data is not shared with third parties, except for Google for authorization purposes and cases required by the laws of Ukraine.
6. Right to Erasure
- The User has the right to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.
- Requests are processed within 30 days. Data is permanently deleted unless retention is required by tax or legal obligations.
